Free Medical Camp

The main objective of the free health camp was to create awareness among the public regarding the causes, prevention and control of diabetes and blood pressure, which affects eye too.

Sugar and Eye testing camp organised with the help of KK Eye care center, Tambaram

Sapling Planting

Planting a tree with your children can mean so much more than just an activity. It is an opportunity to give back to the environment. Planting trees encourage birds, insects and other creatures in your habitat. Making your children aware of the ecological benefits of the trees will give them extra pride in their own planting and a good grounding on how they can protect and preserve the environment.

On the eve of Independence Day, sapling planting activity carried out by KKF team members with the presence of Administrative Officer of Old Perungalathur Panchayat.

Blood Donation Camp

Blood sustains life. It is not possible to survive if a man has no blood in his body. It is the most important thing that a man needs when he has received serious injuries and shed a lot of blood. We have to get this blood from human beings. There are many professional blood donors who sell blood for money. But the quality of such a blood is doubtful. In order to have healthy blood, we have to go to blood banks. So blood donation by the healthy youngsters is very important.

Team of KKF members donated blood on the eve of Gandhi Jayanthi, and as part of regular activity KKF conducts such blood donation camp every year.

Food Distribution for Old aged

On a Diwali day, KKF team visited Swagatham Foundation and distributed food and had lunch with the Old aged

Founder’s Message:

Friends, I dedicate this Diwali day to my beloved brother Sheenu Anna in whose remembrance we all spent this day @ Swagatham Foundation to provide food, greet Diwali wishes and share our love with some most respected Senior Citizens... I would have to thank my family and relatives first and foremost along with my good friends Thiru Chellapan & Thiru Jaikrishnan for making it along with us inspite of festival day which usually we all love to celebrate with our near and dears at our home... I was a happy and equally surprised to see the number of inmates lesser this year around. When I checked this out with the manager of the home, the response was that many of them have gone home to celebrate Diwali with their Families. I am sure the way we all live and lead our families, nurture kids whilst we bring them up should bring in a change in their mindset when they approach their life with ability to look beyond themselves and their families so that the need for such homes comes down in future generations. Pray God bless all of us, our families a healthy, prosperous and good lifestyle with the Mindset to give it back to the society we live in... A very happy and safe Diwali to you and your family
